Your pet’s comfort and health is job #1 at Lucky’s. A big part of that is keeping our 17,000 sq. ft. facility clean and safe. We continuously turn over air in our 17,000 sq. ft. B&B, and have ultra violet light filters in all air ducts. We only use pet-and-earth-friendly cleaning products.
To help all of our pets stay relaxed and calm, we pipe in soothing music throughout Lucky’s. Every suite is spacious and indoors, featuring comfy bedding. Our Animal Caregivers do daily health and weight checks and monitor and take keep records of your pet’s waste.
Your pet’s normal feeding times will be maintained to keep them on their regular schedule. They will be fed the food you provide, however, if the food runs out, we can provide food from the FROMM FAMILY FOOD line, and also offer freshly prepared, healthy food and treats from our room service menu. We only serve our guests filtered water, and we even offer room service to pamper your pet if desired!
Medications/Supplements/Prescriptions are monitored and given as per your instructions. Insulin Shots are given at specific times after meals: (Per administration).
Every pet receives lots of love and one-on-one-attention from our Animal Caregivers. They will be walked 5-8 times a day, including early morning and late-night walks. If they play well with others, they will spend their days playing with other guests in our in indoor/outdoor play areas, swimming in our saltwater pool, with naps and snacks built in to give everyone a chance to rest and get ready to play again!
All pets are special to us! Whether your pet is super active and friendly, or prefers alone time and doesn’t play well with others, they will get the attention and care they need to be happy and relaxed. We cater to older and special needs pets, and also accept “bully breeds.” We have a penthouse suite for pets with immune disorders, or who are undergoing treatment or not current on vaccines. We offer a variety of extra services designed to give your pet extra love & attention, exercise and fresh air.
