Dear Lucky’s Bed & Biscuit Friends, Family, & Paw’rents,

We feel it is very important for Lucky’s Bed & Biscuit to play our part in the fight against COVID-19 to protect our staff and clients who are our family. Therefore, we will be pausing our non-essential services for the next few weeks.

We have a new COVID protocol for checking in and out pets, we will explain this procedure over the phone with your reservation. We are not allowing personal belongings at this time.

Lodging: We will maintain essential staff, on a daily basis, to care and love for the pets that are staying with us currently and to accommodate any requests for 1st Responders, Health Care Workers, other essential business employees and any paw’rent that might have an emergency situation. Please know that your pets are our first priority, therefore during this time we will not be having play group until we can operate at normal business hours, but guests will get more one on one time with staff and plenty of walks. Pets may still check in Monday- Saturday 7am- 9am and 5pm- 7 pm and by Appointment only on Sundays.

For Valet, With Reservation – Simply pull up to our front doors and give us a call, and we will be right out to check in or out your pet.If you have a reservation between March 24th & April 20th we will contact you to confirm a drop off time. If you know your plans have changed and you will no longer need your reservation please let us know as soon as possible.

Grooming: Cancelled until further notice. If you currently have an upcoming grooming reservation we will contact you in the next few days to reschedule your appointment. If you are in need of grooming, please give us a call and be placed on the waiting list, that way we can get you in as soon as grooming is allowed.

Bark & Ride: Our shuttle service is not available until further notice.

Daycare: If you are a 1st Responder, Health Care provider or have an emergency situation and need daycare services please contact us to make arrangements. Reservations that are approved during this time may still check in for daycare during our valet hours Monday- Saturday 7am- 9am and 5pm- 7 pm. Appointment only on Sundays.

Due to the Local veterinarians having limited hours as well, we will not be having play group during this time. All guests will have one on one play time with our staff, skinny dipping in the pool, and plenty of walks throughout the day. If you have a daycare package, we want you to know that we will extend the expiration period during this time as well. Daycare packs are good for one year after purchase.

Lobby and Reception Hours: Our Lobby will be closed to Paw’rents and limited to guests only until April 20th. Our products can still be purchased through curbside service or delivery. If your pet is staying with us or you have an upcoming lodging reservation we will be in touch to coordinate a specific time for drop off or pick up during our valet hours.

We will also be offering FREE delivery service during this time for store needs (within 10 miles delivery will be FREE) please give us a call to make arrangements for delivery and drop off at your door. We want to thank you for continuing to shop at Lucky’s and feed Fromm Foods-any purchase of FROMM Dry food delivery, you will get a free bag of Fromm treats*! Thank you for using us as we are a small business and love what we do.

How to reach us: We will be available to answer and return calls throughout the day and during valet hours. If you can’t reach us immediately by phone , please leave a message as we are caring for our guests staying with us. We will do everything we can to get back to you as quickly as possible.

We anticipate being fully operational as soon as possible and we are taking Advantage of this time to do some renovations. If it becomes necessary to extend the two-week period we will communicate that to everyone as soon as possible. We appreciate your support and understanding through these changes.
